ISA: Big Wafer Valves

Big Wafer valves (generic terms: slide gate valves, O-port valves or through port valves) are built rugged for applications with high temperatures and pressure shock waves, aggressive flow media, liquids, gases and solids. These valves prevent solids in the flow media from being pressed into the seat area, which would otherwise limit the valve from closing properly.

The valves have double seats that are spring loaded for long-lasting drip-tight shut off in both directions even with abrasive medium and independent of a pressure differential between the upstream and downstream side.

Hasteloy, titanium grade 2, stainless steel 304, 316, 317, or SMO254 or others, are materials used for the valves.

The valves are supplied with locking devices LC for mechanically locking the valves in the closed or open position. Longer take-out dimensions than the MSS standard and different configurations of the valve layout are possible for space requirements.
