K-Max Rotary Control Valve

CHEM SHOW '99: The K-Max Rotary Control Valve features flangeless (wafer) installation, slip-on flanges, or integrally cast flanges. These are universal application valves with the control characteristics of a globe valve and a straight-through flow path.

The valve is suitable for liquids, gases, steam, and slurries. They have greater than 100:1 rangeability and stable, bi-directional flow. The durable Steel-Case Diaphragm actuator gives high thrust, low friction, accurate control and is much more fire-resistant than aluminum actuators.

They have enclosed actuator linkage with gasketed steel covers for safety and corrosion protection instead of snap-in plastic covers. The valves are available is sizes 1 in. through 8 in. with ANSI 150-300-600 ratings in carbon steel, 316 Stainless, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, and Titanium. Full size trim and three reductions are available in all valve sizes.
