• Interacts regularly with corporate and plant management, and makes periodic site visits.
  
• Provides support for and quality oversight of local medical services in the client's various locations.
  
• Communicates with referral specialists, consultants, and employees as needed.
  
• Advises management on return-to-work, fitness-for-duty, medication, and causation issues.
