Process Pressure Transmitters

The further improved high purity aluminum oxide ceramic diaphragm Certec measuring cell is used in the new Vegabar 40-44 Series. The instruments are the optimum solution for pressure measurement of virtually any products in the paper, chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical and water/waste water industry. Industry specific and other various process fittings and materials from stainless steel 1.4571 up to PVDF enable comprehensive process adaptations. The housing in protection IP 65 consists of high resistance, shock-proof plastic or powder-coated Alu-die casting. Therefore Vegabar is also suitable for use in aggressive environments or under extreme mechanical load as well as in EExd applications.

The special features of these process pressure transmitters means easy removal for repair without emptying the vessel, this quick change of transmitter eliminates the costs for a further measurement.

Parameter adjustment of Vegabar 40-44 Series can be done locally or from the control room via a laptop. The integrated menu-guided adjustment offers many useful features such as unpressurized adjustment in different units, simulation and comprehensive diagnosis and service functions.

The HART/VVO-communication for the parameter adjustment via a handheld or Laptop is integrated as a standard feature.
