The Project Management group can serve as both the Client's representative and C&I's on the project
The Project Management group can serve as both the Client's representative and C&I's on the project. They are responsible for the scope, schedule and budget. They coordinate Engineering with Procurement and Construction. Project Management personnel are available during the entire life of the project and provide a single point of contact between the Client's organization and C&I.
