RKL Controls offers RKL Series SG Pinch Valves for on-off service handling abrasive or corrosive fluids. These totally enclosed valves offer a simple design, low cost, and application versatility.

SG Pinch Valves are remotely actuated by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure applied to the annular volume surrounding the elastomeric sleeve. Excluding the sleeve, SG Pinch Valves have no moving parts and, as a result, require minimal maintenance. Split housings allow quick, easy, and inexpensive replacement of the elastomeric sleeves when necessary.

SG Pinch Valves, constructed from either cast iron or aluminum, are available in sizes ranging from 1 to 24 in. with 125/150 lb. ANSI tapered, full-faced flanges. The elastomeric sleeve is available in a wide range of compounds to meet specific application requirements. These compounds include pure gum rubber, nitrile, butyl, O&T neoprene, neoprene, FDS rubber, Nordel, Viton® and Hypalon.
