GE Sensing Introduces PM880 Hygrometer Online Training

Billerica, MA - GE Sensing, a leading provider of moisture measurement instrumentation, announced an online training course for its PM880 portable hygrometer. This new self-paced e-learning class is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection.

The PM880 is designed for moisture measurement in hazardous areas and rugged environments, such as hydrocarbon gases in the chemical/petrochemical industry, natural gas, gas cylinder preparation and filling, SF6 circuit breakers, power utility applications, industrial gases and general plant and facility maintenance.

The online training course covers all operational aspects of the unit, including the sample system operation. The nine individual modules take 30 to 45 minutes to complete and can be done at any time at the user's pace. The course costs a fraction of classroom training fees and eliminates travel expenses and multiple days away from work.

An assessment at the end of the course modules confirms subject mastery and a certificate is provided upon course completion. The program is an easy, cost-effective way of ensuring that a user has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the PM880.

The online training complements the instructor led training courses offered at your site or at GE Sensing's Boston training center. For course content and for more information on training courses visit http://www.gesensing.com/toolsupport/pm880_training.htm.
