HyRadix Acquired By Australia's Eden Energy

Des Plaines, IL - HyRadix, Inc., a leading provider of on-site hydrogen generation systems and supply solutions, announced recently it has been acquired by Eden Energy Ltd., a diversified clean energy company located in Perth, Australia.

"We are delighted to add HyRadix to our portfolio of companies," said Greg Solomon, Executive Chairman of Eden Energy. "HyRadix is a great fit with our existing companies Hythane LLC and Eden Cryogenics. We are now in position to offer a full scope of supply for the on-site production and dispensing of Hythane world wide." Hythane, a mixture of hydrogen and natural gas, reduces engine nitrogen oxide emissions up to 50% compared to natural gas alone.

"We are excited about our new ownership and the opportunity it brings to HyRadix," said Robert Gray, President and CEO of HyRadix. "To date HyRadix has focused primarily on the supply of hydrogen into industrial markets, the synergy with Hythane LLC will allow us to penetrate the energy market much sooner than we had anticipated." HyRadix currently sells the Aptus hydrogen generator for industrial use in the metals treating, oils hydrogenation, and float glass industries.
