U.S. TSCA Inventory Database

The company offers the TSCA Tracker Version 2.0 which includes a major enhancement to the software's "String Search" feature. TSCA Tracker's String Search method is most useful when the CAS number is not known. The user creates a pick list of names by entering up to four fragments of names of chemical groups or elements that would be common in the substance's name. The new version of the software allows continued searching of the initial pick list with additional "strings" until a small number of names are on it. At any time, a double click on a name brings up a full screen of data for the substance without destroying the list. TSCA Tracker's data screens show all of the data that the EPA lists on the Inventory for the substance including Inventory Name, Other Submitted Names, CAS Number, Former CAS Numbers, Molecular Formula, Definitions, UVCB Status, and Inventory Flags (XU, etc.).

TSCA Tracker is a Windows database application that installs on the user's hard drive and is updated twice per year with the newest version of the TSCA Inventory.
