Fired Heater Pilots
The pilot nozzle cavity allows for flame stability. The internal geometry of the nozzle is calculated to provide a firmly rooted and highly protected pilot flame configuration, which results in extreme pilot flame stability. This pilot is equipped with an ignition method. This generates a ball of flame at the base of the pilot that escapes the pilot through the nozzle cavity insuring ignition even in high velocity applications.
Electronic pilot control packages are available in either explosion proof or non-explosion proof configurations. These controls are constructed to operate from any industrial power source, such as 12 or 24 VDC and 115 or 230 VAC 50/60 Hz.
