CeraMem® Ceramic Membrane Technology By Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies
CeraMem ceramic membrane modules, offered by Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, are unique, low-cost ceramic membrane products based on a proprietary platform. The technology is developed for microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes and is in development for other membranes, most notably pervaporation membranes.
Many failures of heat exchanger tubes occur within the first six inches. Inlet-end erosion, impingement attack, stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion are typical damage/failure mechanisms encountered in the chemical, petrochemical, and oil refining industries.
A usual location for mounting an O2 probe in boilers is downstream from the economizer. This location is ideal because it is close to the boiler, but the flue gas temperatures are usually below 1000°F (537°C).
