The 1260 Impedance/Gain Phase Analyzer is a powerful, accurate, and flexible frequence response analyzer that can be used in corrosion studies, battery research, and electronic component development, among other applications. The product features a frequency range of 10 microHZ to 23 MHZ and frequency resolution of 0.015 ppm. Additionally, the analyzer offers two, three, and four-terminal measurement configurations, and polarization voltage up to ± 40.95 V.
The analyzer automatically sweeps frequency, amplitude, or bias and features null, normalize, and auto-impedance modes. It provides built-in statistical analysis, as well as gain, phase, group delay, and impedance measurements. The system can operate stand-alone or within a computer-controlled system.
