EPCON Internationaleer's Aide SiNET XLC with the AIChE DIPPR 911 database and CostPlus systems is the first integrated process engineering software for comprehensive sizing, simulation, design, and cost evaluation of complex process pipeline network systems. The system provides a systematic approach for sizing, designing, and evaluating costs of complex single and two-phase process piping systems. Process engineers now have a single tool with comprehensive physical property data, automated sizing features, and quotation quality coat estimated to meet their day-to-day computational needs.
The system uses a quick, accurate, and user-friendly SmartDraw-3 Process Designer P&ID-type visual interface. With the CostPlus module, equipment items are designed to code (ASME, ANSI, API, and more) from minimal process specs producing design specifications, including bulk items such as paint, insulation, platforms, and ladders. SiNET XLC's integrated approach to process engineering allows the process engineer to optimize process equipment specifications.
