Oil Analysis Service

Enlab is a laboratory analysis service to meet the challenges of keeping a plant running smoothly and efficiently. This service provides the customer with high quality oil analysis information to assist in making tough lubricant, machinery, and operational decisions.

This comprehensive approach to oil analysis includes advanced screening instruments and premium lab services. Enlab is designed to meet individual customer needs by offering a choice of pre-defined machine test bundles. These bundles, developed by skilled analysts, will allow the user to select the correct oil analysis tests for specific machines.

With Enlab, the customer can also choose to send samples which are tested on-site (screened), or send for testing with no on-site testing (unscreened). Additional testing methods are also offered, such as exception tests, filter/image, rotating bomb oxidation tests, and grease sampling. This information can also be integrated into the company's Emonitor Odyssey software.

Sample information is provided in a clear, easy-to-read format; and will be turned around within two working days or less. For exception samples where trouble is suspected, information will be provided within 24 hours.
