The superplus five-stage separation system is said to provide consistent performance in compliance with federal and state water regulations. Disposal costs are reduced by over 90 percent with new technology. The superplus series employs a newly designed expansion chamber for improved separation and carbon-filter service life. After decompression, condensate flows through a sedimentation container and oil-coalescing filter. The pretreated water then reaches a gravity separator followed by a two-step adsorption sequence. A test kit ensures that the system's output contains less than 20 ppm oil. The system's package includes an integral oil-collection container The superplus requires no electricity.
