MarCo Specialty Steel is your prime source for "in stock" Perforated Metal. Our centrally located warehouse maintains a wide range of Perforated Metal products in a variety of material grades, gauges, and hole patterns. In addition to our standard patterns, we can offer custom manufacturing to your specific needs. We can provide Perforated Tubes, Strainer Baskets, and many types of screens made of Perforated Metal. Definitions: Thickness of Metals

• Steel: Use "Manufacturers" Standard Gauge for steel sheets.
• Stainless Steel: Use the U.S. Standard Gauge Table.
• Monel: Use the U.S. Standard Gauge Table.
• Copper, Brass or Muntz: Use the B&S Gauge Table.
• Aluminum: Use the B&S Gauge Table.

Perforations

• Round Perforations: Staggered (60 degree pattern) is standard. Variations include 45 degree staggered, and straight line pattern.
• Square Perforations: Staggered or straight line pattern.
• Slotted Perforations: Side staggered, end staggered, or straight lines. Slotted perforations will be round end slots; specify if square end slots are required.
• Other Perforations: Available upon request.
