Specifically engineered to offer more flexibility, the Slim Line series of gear pumps is available in four basic models, which increases capacity range by as much as 100 percent. By maintaining the same gear center distances, the result is increased price performance ratios.

Operating at synchronous speeds, the pumps can often be applied without the need for expensive gear reduction units. Pressure capabilities are in excess of 300 psi even for low viscosity products. This offers application opportunities not commonly possible with other positive displacement pumps at equivalent rates. Attention to close tolerances and the proprietary gear profile enables these pumps to satisfy extreme suction conditions at high levels of vacuum.

Rates range from 90 to 400 gpm with standard models capable of operating at 250° F. In addition, suction-side pressures can reach 100 psi without any damage to gears or bearings.

The Slim Line pump offers additional material options which will soon be offered in the complete line of Maag industrial and chemical pumps.
