Wilden Pump & Engineering Co.erated, double-diaphragm reliability has been optimized with the Pro-Flo technology. The system's design uses a pilot valve and unbalanced spool serves as an anti-centering device, holding the pump's shifting mechanism in place until reciprocation is initiated. Proprietary composite seal and bore materials, coupled with close manufacturing tolerances, enable the pump to operate without lubrication while significantly reducing blow-by. Problematic freezing is diminished due to the porting and muffler design that slows the expansion of air within the pump to keep moisture held in suspension. The system is available for the ¼-in., 1½-in., and 2-in. pump models.
