Hoffer Flow Controls, Inc. Controls now offers their SY-14 Portable Prover for recalibration of turbine flowmeters in any "clean" low viscosity liquid applications.
This system consists of a transfer standard turbine flowmeter traceable to nist, a flowmeter run, and electronics that are mounted on a hand truck. The electronics provide instantaneous indication of the flowrate, flowing temperature, total indication and accumulative total. Available in flowmeter sizes 1/4" through 2", the SY-14 Prover is suitable for customers with multiple meters whether for in-plant or bulk transport applications.
This system supports a flow range up to 225 gallons per minute and is pressure rated to 300psig. Available with temperature compensation, pressure compensation, and printer results capability.
