Temperature Transmitters
The integrated series' two-wire signal conditioners is constructed using surface mount technology and utilizes digital technology with non-volatile memory. The unit is designed to fit directly into the universal aluminum or universal iron connection heads with a separate mounting kit. The flexible series is used in the processing of chemicals, petroleum, food and other products.
The programmable unit features full temperature to thermocouple signal linearization for enhanced signal accuracy; full isolation from input to output, eliminating ground loops for high data integrity; direct fit into NEMA 4 XL-Series connection head for eased installation; user-selectable input types for various thermocouple calibration types and RTD types; optional insulation resistance monitoring to prevent inaccurate measurements due to installation breakdown; and CE compliance.
The transmitter is programmed via a separate connection cable along with an easy-to-use Windows-based software program. A separate thermocouple/RTD calibrator or individual resistors are not required.
