Air-Cooled Coolers

The company's air-cooled coolers are used for the cooling and condensing of a variety of products.

They are found as process coolers in the oil and chemical industry, power plants and in natural gas exploration. Furthermore, they are used as partial condensers in the oil refinery and chemical industry. The company is able to design and manufacture air-cooled coolers up to a pressure of 1000 bar.

The design concepts are made to work in applications requiring techniques and materials capable of withstanding extreme operating conditions. With the use of HTFS software and specific in-house developed programs, engineers carry out calculations relating to heat transfer, fluid flow, noise and fouling.

Sophisticated CAD and FEM facilities with the latest software versions are used to find solutions directly linked to manufacturing capabilities.

Design flexibility ensures optimum adaptability to pressure, temperature and capacity demands, product, environment and pay-out time requirements. The complicated and time-consuming calculations that are indispensable to obtain optimum results, can be performed quickly and faultlessly by the company with the use of specially designed computer programs.
