AnchorPLC Softlogic

The company offers a Modbus/TCP interface for its softlogic product, AnchorPLC/ AnchorPLC's OPC server and Modbus/TCP interface capabilities provide customers more choices for industrial I/Os, HMIs and enterprise software interfaces. This greater flexibility allows the placement of the best OPC or Modbus capable tool for each job without the worry of compatibility. The open system design permits the continued use of existing hardware and software investments while allowing technology migration at an affordable pace.

Upgrading and expanding PLC-based systems is efficient when using AnchorPAW, the company's Process Automation Workbench. The Workbench offers a full application development toolkit using standards-based protocols and tools in an open system environment. Transition to softlogic control becomes a matter of using the familiar IEC 1131-3 languages to input the control application, selecting the desired I/O device drivers, simulating the environment to test the configuration and, then, downloading the application to a runtime kernel in each node. Monitoring and adjusting performance of the parameters comes easily with a familiar HMI, language and hardware.

All control environments can be served with the Anchor softlogic products, which are available starting at 64 variable points through unlimited variable points. AnchorPLC does not limit the number of processes that can run simultaneously so that complex operations can be integrated.
