Barton ScanWin Windows Software

ScanWin software provides easy-to-use user-interface and configuration software for Barton's line of Scanner EFM/RTU flow computers for field operators, production engineers and marketing analysis. ScanWin is the latest addition to the powerful BDMS (Barton Data Management Suite) software.

Using the familiar Windows based platform, ScanWin features functional wizards to guide operators through the process of setting up hardware, flowruns, controllers and primary devices, as well as collecting hardware, system and flowrun

ScanWin offers local and remote configuration and communications capabilities, graphical and spreadsheet views of historical and live values, and a relational database for detailed short and long-term analysis. Interpreting flow data is simple for the field operator because ScanWin incorporates the look and feel of traditional elements of the chart recorder.

ScanWin operates in three modes: DIRECT MODE for use in the field with a laptop computer and a direct connection to the RTU. REMOTE MODE with communications to troubleshoot issues from the office. OFFLINE MODE for viewing and analysis of historical data.
