The compact unit connects via a flexible 1.8m (5-foot) capillary inlet and provides fast on-line measurement (5-20 ms per data point). It can measure virtually any gas over a large dynamic range (100%-1ppm). Other key features include: a completely inert heated inlet assembly, <100 ms transport time, reverse Metrisil source coupling, and a detachable enclosed ion source assembly.
