Ultraflo Corp.company%> 300 series is available in 390/399 wafer style and 392/393 lug style designs. The two-piece housing allows for a one-piece investment cast disc stem creating maximum flow area, minimal product entrapment, and smooth flow characteristics. The 399/392 versions have slightly reduced I.D. for O.D. tubing service.
The valves feature CNC machining to ensure consistent adherence to precise tolerances. Upper and lower Ertalyte bushings prevent seizing and gaulding. Bodies are available in 316 stainless to provide corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Iron-bodied valves have a baked-on powder epoxy coating. O-rings incorporated into seat at potential leak points provide positive seal. Each valve is tested to 110 percent of stated pressure rating.
