Pele-Solution™ consultants are available to analyze client's business processes to determine if they can be optimized and to calculate what added value such optimization would bring to the bottom line. They will analyze current software support systems and such factors as on-time delivery of products, cycle times, the amount of miscommunication and rework, and product quality. To fully understand the client's business processes requires in-depth interviews with client employees across management levels and functions. Once an assessment is complete, Pele-Solution consultants will meet with top management to review their findings and recommendations. Customizing the Pele-System to the client's needs may or may not be recommended as a cost-effective investment.
After the Pele-System is determined to be a worthwhile investment, Pele-Solution consultants will begin the second phase of their consultation by customizing the system to incorporate the client's business rules, products and suppliers.
The final phase involves training client employees in the use of the system, using our goal-oriented customized product training program.
