Development Of A Ki-67 Expressing Cell Mimic For Assay Validation

When a clinical trial service provider was confronted with a lack of readily available Ki-67 cellular controls, they turned to Slingshot Biosciences. The Cerba Research Flow Cytometry team was searching for a better way to validate an assay with Ki-67-related endpoints in their biological samples. Through their collaboration with Slingshot Biosciences, a Ki-67 control was developed especially for them, which would allow the Cerba team to validate these endpoints according to CLSI H62 guidelines.
