It makes differential pressure gauges and loss of head a thing of the past. The Dynamic Probe reads the dynamic pressure in a filter directly during service; no standardization or calibration is needed.
Anticipatory Filter Management (AFM) Control
- Ensures repeatability of backwash independent of changing backwash and operator conditions
- Monitors level of cleaning at multiple filter points
- Guarantees optimum fluidization of the entire bed
- Establishes consistent in-depth filter loading
- Backwash rates automatically adjusted to changes in filter dynamics
- Minimize loss of media by establishing fail safe levels
- Control/sensor tie-in creates dynamic filter control for user friendly system
- Anticipate and manage variable operating conditions during service and backwash to ensure consistent achievement of regulatory guidelines
