MICRONIC FILTERS

The K.F.S. Micronic Filter is designed for optimum performance with extended operational periods and a unique design that allows for easier change out of the filter elements. A unlimited selection of filter elements are available. Standard micronic pressure vessels are design to ASME Code, with flow rates up to 14,000 GPM. The filter vessel is available in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and special alloys to best suit the application. Systems designs are completely assembled and are ready to be installed at the site. BAG FILTERS

K.F.S. Bag Filters are available in many design configurations and styles to best suit your application requirements. All models feature heavy duty Stainless Steel filter bag retainer baskets which have been tested to a burst pressure of 110 PSI, and positive sealing of the filter bag circumference. The Bag Filter is designed to ASME Code, with flow rates up to 4,600 GPM and are available in carbon steel or stainless steel. Replacement filter bags are available in a variety of media's and micronic ratings to achieve best performance in most applications. Two and Three Stage Bag Filter Systems are available, which are completely assembled and ready to be installed.

HYDRAULIC OIL and LUBE OIL FILTERS

Hydraulic and Lube Oil Filters are available in various single or duplex style configurations which are fabricated from carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum. These filters are designed to ASME Code and meet the requirements of AIAG HF-3 and HF-4 Automotive Standards or the API-614 Lube Oil Filtration Standard. Flow rates are available from 1/2 to 2,500 GPM at operating pressures of up to 7,000 PSI. The filter elements offered are specially designed for high pressure applications and feature special wire supported micro-glass pleated cellulose media. Duplex models have a pressure equalization connection which allows for the products continuous flow.
