GPSA Gas Properties Calculator Ver 1.510

Mixtures of up to 25 common natural gas components can be entered by mole percent of each component. A library is provided to store and recover these mixtures for re-evaluation. The application is Excel based to ensure a wide user base and allow interaction with user developed calculations.

The pressure and temperature are then entered and the application calculates all commonly used transport and thermodynamic properties of the mixture. The calculations are almost entirely based on the procedures provided in the latest GPSA Data Books. Some AGA 8 values are also provided for direct comparison.
