Dresser-Rand Co.S Compressors are engineered for higher horsepower applications, including gas lift, gathering, pipeline boosting, gas transmission, underground gas storage (injection and withdrawal), fuel gas boosting, landfill gas recovery and other applications.
The compressors are rated to 6000 hp and 1200 rpm with a maximum discharge pressure of 7500 psig. They are available in 2, 4, or 6 throw configurations and in cylinder sizes from 3.75-in. to 26.5-in.
The compressor frame is heavily ribbed and reinforced, with integrally cast crosshead extensions.
