ICO Acquires Assets of Curley's Inspection Service

ICO, Inc. (Houston, Texas) has acquired the assets of Curley's Inspection Service, Inc. Curley's provides drill pipe and casing inspection services from locations in the Permian Basin and southeast New Mexico.

While ICO traditionally has focused on in-plant inspection, Curley's business focuses on mobile inspection of new and used drill pipe and casing. Sylvia Pacholder, president and CEO of ICO, stated, "ICO remains committed to providing its customers with a broad range of services, including the inspection of drill pipe and casing in the Permian Basin.
