Introduction
There is an increasing need to reduce LC analysis times to
provide quicker results about a sample's purity. An often
overlooked item to help reduce analysis times is the
injection cycle time. Recently, a new autosampler was
introduced with an injection cycle time of only 10 seconds.
However, injection accuracy, precision, and carryover
must be evaluated to confirm accurate analysis. The
performance of this high-speed autosampler and the results
of time and solvent savings are discussed.
