The Indirect Thermal Desorption Series 6000 recovers and recycles drilling fluids for reuse and reclaims contaminated solids for safe compliant on-site disposal. It is designed to eliminate expensive remediation methods, hazardous waste transportation, and latent liability.

Features include:

  • 5-15 ton per hour processing rate
  • 99.9% removal efficiency for petroleum based hydrocarbons
  • 200°F - 1000°F internal kiln temperatures
  • Fueled by natural gas, propane, #2 diesel or #6 diesel
  • BTU requirements from 2.5 to 3.5 MMBTU per hour for oil based drilling fluids and associated cuttings
  • Trailer mounted mobile units
  • Over 180,000 metric tons of drill cuttings processed, over 6 million gallons of oil recovered
  • Synthetic drilling fluids recovered for reuse
