Instrumentation Manifolds
The company's advanced manifold manufacturing process provides shorter internal flow paths that reduce dead volume and residual build-up. It also ensures paths are free from internal burrs, material irregularities, and seat inclusions- three common causes of costly manifold leakage, excess process energy and material consumption, off-spec processing and D/P transmitter errors.
The manifolds are available with ½ in. female NPT instrumentation flange connections and integral tube fitting ends. All metal components of the manifolds, including trim, are 316 stainless steel for extended corrosion resistance and service life. The valve bonnets are locked in place with a solid 316 stainless steel pin that helps prevent corrosion, pin breakage and bonnet failure. Valve handles and lock pins are engineered to resist loosening due to vibration, enabling the manifolds to meet MIL-STD 167-1.
In addition, the company's non-rotating ball tip valve stem reduces or eliminates potential leakage due to wear on the valve seat during shut-off.
