Intelligent Optimization (IntellOpt) is an advanced automation solutions company specializing in Advanced Process Control, Multivariable Predictive Control, Expert Systems and Neural Networks based solutions for the chemical, petrochemical and refining industries:
  • GMAXC™, Multivariable Predictive Controller (MVPC): For the first time in MVPC history, GMAXC is bringing the MVPC technology to a commodity level for rapid implementation. We encourage third party Value Added Resellers to provide GMAXC based MVPC solutions to their local clients, and we offer MVPC training for in-house implementation capability. GMAXC can also be used to replace other brand name controllers to lower life cycle costs.

  • I-GMAXC, Intelligent Controller: As an evolutionary step over the conventional MVPC technology, we also offer the new generation G2 based Intelligent Controller, I-GMAXC for optimal control from process start-up to shut-down. I-GMAXC can also been be used to upgrade other brand name controllers in a minimal amount of time to achieve higher functionality.

  • Optimization and Advisory System Solutions for the process industry based on Gensym/G2 Expert System and Gensym/NOL Neural Networks. Intelligent Optimization is a Gensym/G2 solution partner. Some of our leading technology applications include Waste Incinerator Load Optimization and Energy Management System.

  • Advanced Process Control: We scope, design, implement and audit regulatory, advanced regulatory and conventional control schemes for the chemical process industry. Our Feasibility Studies provide a road map for plant wide automation with details on costs, benefits and implementation sequence.. We also offer APC training, in the areas of Conventional APC, Multivariable Predictive Control and Refinery APC solutions.
Intelligent Optimization's solutions are not limited by individual technologies and software packages. We have, and can develop advanced automation solutions using a mix of technologies to overcome the limits of individual technologies - domain of mathematical models and the near (but, not always global) optimization of heuristics.
