International Petroleum Consultants Association

International Petroleum Consultants Association, Inc. is a formalized network of highly experienced consultants, each running their own businesses, but joined by subcontracting agreements and professional and ethical standards. The Company was formed in September 1995, and consists of experts in all aspects of geoscience, petroleum and reservoir engineering, facilities design, and commercial evaluation. Our members have an average of around 25 years of internationally based experience in the industry, and are used to working in teams, or else running teams. Although independent, associates do come together on large-scale projects where we can provide an integrated service.

Location of the business headquarters is in Evergreen, just outside of Denver, but we have consultants in Houston, Denver, Cleveland, California, Alaska and Calgary, and the United Kingdom.

IPCA Inc. has been involved with some significant clients in this time. One notable contract was assisting the seven Prudhoe Bay minor interest owners during the major dispute in 1995-6 over NGL issues.
