PneuDraulics pneumatic-to-hydraulic actuator is designed for control valve applications with existing pneumatic controls but require hydraulic operation for control, thrust and speed.
The actuator is capable of thrusts up to 100,000 pounds (45,000 kg) and has a stroking speed of less than one second. It performs with balanced or unbalanced control valves and offers self-contained hydraulic reservoirs, a self-aligning stem coupler, single-point nitrogen charge, and a fail-safe system. The actuator is a compact, self-contained system mounted directly on the control valve.
