Large NCI-Designated Hospital System Trains 400 End Users, Resulting In Increased Levels Of Efficiency And Consistency
The Situation
Overburdened trainers from a large National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated hospital system were tasked with supporting overly complex (or undocumented) processes. This made training nearly impossible, and certainly affected the capacity issues even further.
The Challenge
During the COVID-19 pandemic, trainers at this large NCI-designated hospital system weren’t able to conduct their usual trainings in person. Staff were faced with the need to fulfill organizational goals, and as a result, over 400 end users needed training. Not only was this a complex, resource-intensive training, but trainers were already overburdened.
