JM Clipper Corp.llennium metallic bearing isolator meets refinery, chemical plant, and harsh environment requirements. The bearing isolator was designed to prevent premature bearing failure by providing zero oil leakage as well as complete exclusion of contaminants, including dust and water.
The two-piece construction has fewer components, which simplifies installation and lowers maintenance time. Its non-contact design requires no lubrication and will not wear or groove shafts. The bearing isolators are available in both flanged and non-flanged designs.
