Nelflow Valve and Flowmeter

Nelflow allows you to control and measure process flow simultaneously, letting you optimize the efficiency of your process control in demanding applications where traditional flowmeters have not been a feasible alternative. The flow data is calculated using the measured pressure differential across the valve and the flow coefficient (Cv) at the specific flow of travel. At the core of the Nelflow system is the ND800 Digital Valve Controller, which uses today's most advanced digital technology to not only provide valve positioning and diagnostics information, but also to allow Nelflow to act as a flowmeter. Since flow measurement by Nelflow is based on pressure differential, the product is impervious to variables such as conductivity, air bubbles, and particle contents. Traditional control valves can be cost-effectively retrofitted with Nelflow components by changing the positioner and installing pressure sensors. Nelflow takes up no more space than a conventional control valve.
