Optically Clear Adhesive/Sealant

The EP37-3FLF is a low viscosity adhesive sealant with high flexibility. This two component optically clear epoxy system features a forgiving one to one mix ratio by weight or volume. It cures at room temperature or more quickly at elevated temperatures. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, glasses, ceramics, rubber and many plastics. Bonds offer resistance to impact, shock and severe thermal cycling.

It can also be employed as a potting and encapsulation compound. Its low exotherm makes it a suitable material for large castings. It also possesses excellent electrical insulation properties and long working life.

It has a service operating temperature range of –80 ºF to 250 ºF. Its volume resistivity is 1 x 10¹⁴ ohm-cm at 75 ºF. It has a Shore D hardness of 30 and a tensile strength of 4,000 psi at 75 º F. Peak exotherm of a 200 gm. Mass is 40 ºC.
