Oxygen can be supplied in three key ways: dedicated on-site cryogenic oxygen systems, PRISM® oxygen VSA (vacuum swing adsorption) systems, and bulk liquid supply .
Dedicated on-site supply options
Cryogenic oxygen generators. For applications that require a steady supply of large volume, high-purity oxygen (>93% oxygen), a cryogenic installation is probably the most reliable and cost-effective supply option.
PRISM® oxygen VSA system. Air Products' proprietary adsorption process removes nitrogen and carbon dioxide to produce oxygen gas up to 120 tons per day (110 tonnes/day) and purities up to 93%.
Liquid oxygen merchant supply. We deliver and store on-site in insulated tanks for use as a gas after vaporization. High-purity available; suitable for varying demand.
