Stackmatch Flare Ignition Inc." pivoting flare systems consist of the flare tip, pilot, ignition system, support structure, and piping. The systems are designed for safe combustion of vents from storage tanks, glycol dehydration and amine units, and other small combustible vents.
A vacuum flare tip can be supplied to address those venting applications where the gases to be burned are available at little or no pressure. The vacuum flare tip is designed to create a slight vacuum, which safely provides the impetus to transport and burn the vent gases.
The support structure is designed to allow the stack to pivot 180° for access at grade of all components and connections including the flare tip and pilot for ease of inspection and maintenance. The structure is all 304 stainless steel material, bolted construction and can be assembled in four to six hours.
