Pressure Transmitters
The single-chamber housing with min. housing volume has a variety of other constructive refinements: electronics and measuring cells are protected against the terminal block by a high density stopper with O-ring sealing and cable entry is unaffected by changes in temperature. The pressure compensation is carried out via a three-way PTFE filter system.
The above mentioned features allow applications in humid areas and grant a reliable performance in all process conditions. Due to this concept virtually all problems during mounting, installation and test running can be eliminated. It is no longer a problem if a vessel overflows as the water will not penetrate into the electronics or the measuring cell.
The parameter adjustment for the transmitters can be carried out either on site of from the control room via a laptop. VVO provides useful features such as unpressurized adjustment in different units, simulation and comprehensive diagnostic routines. D90 series is provided with an integral Profibus PA interface.
