The company's CSR Rack and Pinion Actuators feature corrosion resistant housings and end caps protected by an internal and external ceramic epoxy resin impregnated into the aluminum surface. An additional two-part polyurethane coating protects the units from scratches and provides a secondary barrier for even greater protection.
- Approximately 40% of the ceramic filled epoxy resin is impregnated into the aluminum and 60% seals the surface.
- Choice of aluminum alloy or stainless steel drive shaft. External trim is stainless steel.
