Residual Gas Analyzer

VG Gas Analysisies consists of low cost, general-purpose residual gas analyzers (RGA). The analyzers provide histograms and multiple ion monitoring as well as total pressure, analog, and leak-detection measurements. Each unit's range features a twin filament ion source, Faraday detector, and a single five-inch filter assembly in order to provide high sensitivity measurements with resolution of greater than 1 amu over the entire mass range. An optional secondary electron multiplier is also available.
