Adwest Technologies' RETOX® RTO regenerative thermal oxidizers provide 99% and greater VOC Abatement with a corrosion resistant ceramic heat exchanger rated at 95% primary heat recovery. This provides flameless, no Nox and fuel free operation at 3% LEL and greater inlet VOC loadings. Compact, shop assembled, skid mounted RETOX® RTO modules are available from 700 to 75,000 Cfm flowrates with low pressure drop corrosion resistant ceramic heat transfer media and automatic PLC controls with UL Certification for classified duty locations. Specialized RTO metallurgy from stainless steel to titanium construction with turnkey acid gas scrubber packages are available for halogenated chemical, coatings and pharmaceutical processes.
