Roper Industries finalizes acquisition of ANTEK Industrial

Roper Industries, Inc. recently completed the acquisition of ANTEK Industrial Instruments, Inc. and its affiliates. ANTEK is the leading international manufacturer and supplier of on-line sulfur and nitrogen analyzers.

Used primarily in hydrocarbon processing, specialty gas, and food & beverage industries, ANTEK Industrial Instruments' systems monitor liquid hydrocarbon fuels, gases, LPGs, carbon dioxide, and other hydrocarbon samples.

ANTEK Industrial Instruments joins Petroleum Analyzer Company L.P. (PAC) of Roper's Analytical Instrumentation Segment. The PAC group—including Alcor Petroleum Instruments, ISL, PetroSpec, Precision Scientific Petroleum Instruments, and Walter Herzog GmbH—combines the diverse specializations of petroleum analysis equipment manufacturers for oil, gas, and petrochemical markets.
