OSECO, Inc. (Oklahoma Safety Equipment Company) Disks are available in sizes ranging from 1 to 12 inches. The standard materials are 316 stainless steel, nickel, inconel, monel, and aluminum. The disk is designed as a non-fragmenting, scored rupture disk. Score lines are on the convex side of the disk, away from the process. The smooth surface toward the process reduces product build-up problems. This disk will withstand vacuum without a separate support and operates up to 90% of disk burst pressure. Additionally, this disk is non-torque sensitive, reducing the possibility of installation error and eliminating the need for pre-torqued holders.
